Bug catching at Genting

I have lots of time to spare, more than a month, till july. Thus, I need to do, basically anything, just to kill my free time. Thus, I went to Ikea today to get some idea on how to decorate my room since I will be living in a new apartment with 3 girls. Bad luck-nya aku..

Anyway, I saw a pet shop(can't remember the shop's name) and of course, just to kill some time again, i went in..

Huiyo, that pet shop is huge. There is few sections in it. I checked the fish, dog, hamster and lastly, reptile and beetle section..

HHuuiiyyoooooooo, I was so so so excited. I saw some nice snakes over there(some people might don't know, I am a huge fan of snakesss). I want to rear a snake since a few years back but~~ My mom calmly said to me, "If you buy a snake, you need to move out and stay alone at the house in Rawang". I was quite young back then, soooooo. Anyhow, I might buy a snake now despite that it's quite expensive but lets talk about it next time..

Then, I saw some huge, gigantic beetles.

Soooooooooooooo cute laa, the beetles.. Then, suddenly Kenn messaged me regarding tommorow's outing. Out of nothing, I have an urge to catch some beetles in Genting and he actually agreed which is kindof expected.. He is darn free since at this time, only both of us are in holiday and basically lazing around, waste time doing nothing..

Since we are young people, once we decided a thing, we will do it right away.. Tonight will be the night.. Hoho.. It's the beetles mating season and I can foresee there will be rare ones appear in front of us.

Kenn reached my house around 11.20pm and off we go. I brought my sister along because I will be needing a camera person. Call me an evil brother.. Hoho..

What a safe driver I am.. Always stick to the rules..

Then, around 12.10am, we reached Genting and I actually parked my car in front of the police station.. Our first beetle-seeking-location is behind the police station. The first bug we caught is a normal-sized brownish colour beetle, I think the name for it is stag-beetle, not so sure though..

It is not big, but nvm, still have time, the night is still young.

Then, I saw a darn dark room and I actually asked Kenn to enter the room but too bad la, it was really scary and all of us didn't even dare to look into the dark room. But I took a glance yet didn't see any 'suspicious' things or should I say persons.. Part of me was hoping to meet 'something or someone' in person but maybe next time la.. Haha..

Then, we went to the Ria Apartment parking space to try our luck. We searched from the top to bottom. We saw some big moth, not one, but four.. They are quite nice, if I saw them a few years back, during my form 6 period, i might catch them for our bio project..

By the way, Kenn constantly complained about the cold, freezy weather and 'why la he didn't bring his jacket' and so on.. Annoying betul~~ Grr..

We saw quite some stuffs like leeches, small beetles, moths and some dead beetles..

Then, we reached the lowest floor of the carpark and I actually stunned when I saw it. I was so excited and started to shout,

"Hoooooooi, Kenn, get your fat ass over here. Look at that!!".

It is a huge beetle on the wall. I started using my fishing net to catch it instantly.

But, it wasn't easy to catch because it is very strong and we definitely don't want to hurt it or break its leg.

Then, I saw something, which is..... taddaaaaa..

And used it to get closer to the beetle. *almost fell down once*

It wasn't easy to catch it, to tell the truth, it was struggling and moving around. And I was scared of its 'kepit-kepit thingy'(donno wad it's called in english, is it a clamp??).. *If kena, I might lose my finger ler, dont play play ler*

Finally, we got it.. Haha..

Haha, I was very happy. According to Kenn, 'the expert', it must be our lucky day and we should enter the casino and gamble, and probably, will be a millionaire in a day(oops, i hope i didn't tokok tambah).. haha..

Then, we saw something on the wall.. Haha..

What can I say?? According to him, 'Kenn is king', and he doesn't give a damn(exaggerated again, lol).. But to me, It's an act of babarians.. haha..

Besides, Kenn is kindof desperate. A photo explains all.. (The wall is full of pelacur-langgan-ing numbers)

Then, we went to makan since the not-so-thin guy was hungry and freaking cold. We went to Hai Nam Restaurant for supper and used my dad's Genting Card to pay the bill.

Then, we went back to the same spot to try our luck again but too bad, we didn't find any rare beetles, only some medium size moths.

Then, we started fooling around.. It was quite cold, you can actually see the fog around us..

It was all for the sake of fun, which is like an everyday-thingy for us..

Then, we walked up half-nakedly and luckily no police saw us. Or else, we might be arrested for showing off our 'sacred' skin or maybe for sexual harresment.. Hey, but I would like to try the feel of staying behind the bars. How would it be like??

Then, we try to test our body resistance towards cold.

I believe I will win but then too bad la..

No mist and no wind leads to no fun.. Sigh..

I forgot, I am a shy guy.. Shouldn't expose my virginly(gt such word?? don care la) nice body..

Then, since it was already 4.00 in the morning, we drove back without our clothes on. All the windows were widely open and the air-cond was at the coldest. Yet, no feeling at all.. sigh..

We started to panic when we almost reach the police check-point. I didn't wear my jacket properly but nothing happened, I assumed the policeman was just sitting there to show that he is doing his job.

My cute little sister felt asleep in the car due to fatigue..

Anyway, the story didn't end here. When we reached home, I realized that the huge beetle went missing. I was like WTF?? Don't tell me that, after all the hardwork, it escaped?? I will be pissed.. And after searching here and there, in and out, finally, Kenn found it.. It was in my car, as in, 'in in' my car.. It was hiding behind my sterling and under my meter box. Don't understand?? Look at the photo.. I don't really know how to put it into words.. We were trying to get it out but that beetle is darn strong and aggresive..

In order to reach the beetle, I need to lie down like this.

I was scared that it will clamp me because it was in attacking mode. It was furious. Suddenly, it dropped and luckily it didn't drop on me.

So, here I am to present our 'titik peluh'..

Yea, I actually found some money on the floor. Haha..

What a tiring night~~

P/s : it's not easy to catch beetles..
